The person behind the work

A founder’s perspective. A project manager’s discipline.

I am Uğur Keser. I work across e-commerce, digital products and AI as a founder and project manager. I enjoy connecting an idea’s potential with the practical decisions required to make it useful.

A storefront, a software product and an operational workflow may look different, but they share a question: whose problem are we solving, and what would a better experience look like? That is where I start.

Let’s talk about your project

My working principles

Clarity before complexity.

I approach strategy and implementation as one conversation. A good decision needs context, explicit trade-offs and someone who owns the next step.

01

Start with the real problem

Understand customer needs and operational constraints before choosing a platform or tool.

02

Make decisions visible

Write down the scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria so everyone knows what progress means.

03

Use evidence honestly

Separate an idea, a working prototype and a measured result. Let the available evidence shape the claim.

04

Build for the next step

Prefer an understandable system that can evolve over complexity without a clear purpose.

Where I contribute

Commerce systems

Connect storefront, catalogue and operations around the customer journey.

Digital products

Turn a useful problem into a clear scope, a working experience and a measurable next step.

Applied AI

Design workflows with clear authority, reliable data and human review.

Projects & writing

A place for work, questions and practical notes.

My portfolio brings together the ventures where I work as founder and project manager. My writing explores commerce, product decisions, operations and AI through practical guides and measurement plans.
